Stopped to charge our car and were keen to have a quick snack whilst waiting. We ordered coffee and two paninis. Coffee was fine, but the sandwiches were a huge disappointment - we waited for 20 minutes to get these (see picture attached) for 7 euros each!!! Tasteless, with low quality ingredients and hardly anything inside. As much as I hate wasting food, I had no choice but to throw them away… Please put a little bit more effort to serve your guests even if they are only passing by.

Excellent hospitality, excellent food, professional and cordial personal, excellent service, beautiful and clean rooms, possibility to get good relax. I will come back as soon as I can. I highly recommend it.

Mario was so nice and helpful! We stopped at the EV charging station and we’re having trouble figuring out how to use it, but Mario came over and helped us out, let us use his wifi hotspot, and then once we got the car charging, we headed over to the hotel for some lunch and a drink. The hospitality was fantastic :)

The hotel is located close to the highway. + close to the city center, free parking, nice restaurant good food, welcome staff, spacious bathroom (shower+bath), well-made and comfort room, clean and well organized. - poor breakfast, “iced” floor We will be happy to come back. We enjoyed our stay, unfortunately it was just 1 night.

Avoid at all costs! Air conditioning barely lets out any air and its shut down from noon to 4:00PM. Staff moved our room on request when our first unit wasn't working and our second room A/C was just as bad. We actually bought a fan it was so bad. WiFi was out for 2 full days. Elevators were down an entire night(traveling with my handicapped 93 grandfather, we had to go slowly step by step down 3 flights of stairs). Only perks is the location and a decent restaurant on site.

Stopped at the Tesla supercharger, wanted to come go to toilet at your place, I have asked where is the Toilet when I came in, the receptionist asked me to consume (buy something) first. Better put a price for toilets.
